Absolute Difference

Description:

An experimental command that measures viariability among and within independent MCMC runs. AbsDiff (Absolute Difference), uses the absolute difference among clade posterior probabilities for the comparisons. SymDiff (symetric-difference metric, see Penny and Hendy, 1985) and Agreement (agreement-subtree metric, see Goddard et al. 1994), use measures of topological difference to compare within and among chain variability.
